1. Scope of Digital Services
Our solutions include, but are not limited to:
- QR Code Digital Menus: Basic setup (₹999) and Custom Interactive QR Menus (₹1,999) with cloud updates and acrylic templates.
- Social Media & Promo Reels: Banner/Poster creation (₹299 - ₹599/post) and high-retention Video Ads/Reels (₹799 - ₹1,499).
- Monthly Social Package: Comprehensive monthly management (₹3,999 - ₹5,999/mo) covering 10 posts, 3 reels, GMB, scheduling, and ongoing maintenance.
- Premium Business Websites: Turnkey mobile-first websites (₹4,000 - ₹8,000 one-time setup) with domain, Netlify hosting, SSL, and contact booking.
- Google My Business (GMB): Profile setup, local citation building, and monthly map rank management (₹1,499 - ₹2,999).
2. Honest Milestone Payment Terms
To ensure fairness and mutual confidence:
- Project Advance: A 50% advance token is required to initiate design, domain registration, and staging server setup.
- Milestone Staging Review: We build and demonstrate your live interactive prototype on a secure staging URL. You test all buttons, layouts, and features on your mobile device.
- Final Settlement: The remaining 50% balance is collected only after you are completely satisfied with the staging demonstration and prior to public domain DNS launch.
- Monthly Packages: Invoiced in advance on a recurring 30-day billing cycle with freedom to cancel before the next billing cycle.
3. 100% Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership
Upon final invoice settlement, you retain 100% ownership of:
- Your registered domain name, DNS control, and Netlify hosting environment.
- All custom code, website files, database records, and contact form submission leads.
- All custom graphic designs, print-ready QR standee files, and finalized video reels.
We do not hold customer assets hostage under any circumstances.
4. Turnaround Times & Delivery Commitment
- Interactive QR Menus: Delivered within 24 to 48 hours of receiving finalized menu items and pricing.
- Business Websites: First staging preview delivered within 3 to 5 business days of receiving clinic/store assets.
- Social Media Posts & Reels: Delivered according to your scheduled monthly content calendar.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing authentic business details, accurate medical credentials (for doctors/clinics), valid food prices (for cafes), and ensuring they possess legitimate ownership of any photos or trade names provided to us.
6. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee
Every website and menu package includes unlimited minor revisions during the staging review phase to ensure colors, text, pricing, and photos match your exact vision before going live.
7. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh (480001).
